This terminal accepts all generally used credit and debit cards, such as MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, VPAY, etc. You will find more information under Card acceptance.

Tax Free

The free additional service "TaxFree" offers your customers from non-EU countries a quick and easy way to obtain a VAT refund. Your customers thereby gain a price advantage. Further information.

(POS) interfaces

Have amounts automatically transferred to the terminal from a cash desk or ERP system. A quicker transaction is thereby obtained and the error source arising from manual entry of the amount at the terminal excluded.

Payment in non-euro currency

Communication

Individual communication options via Internet or telephone – you have the choice. Our hobex customer advisors will advise you on-site and choose a tailor-made solution together with you.

Dial-in via Internet

The card terminal has a network adapter and can therefore be connected to a local area network (LAN). If the local network has access to the Internet, transactions can be quickly and easily transferred.

Dial-in via analogue telephone line

In the simplest case, your hobex terminal is connected via your telephone line. Professional installation and training is provided by our certified hobex technicians.
