Fast and safe: Transactions only take a few seconds and are very straightforward: your customer signs the printout to authorise direct debiting from his bank account in Austria, Germany or Holland. Payments and records are stored in the terminal and transferred automatically via the telephone line. The corresponding amount is transferred to your account within six banking days of receipt by the processing centre.
Our service comprises not only credit card data input and forwarding but also guarantees every payment made by bank card through our risk protection. In contrast to every other direct debit system on the market, all related expenses (such as, for instance, address enquiries, telephone calls, presentation to banks, reminders, legal action, etc.) will be beared by hobex.
